Candidates
On Candidates, view all the external Candidates associated with the orders from your Organization and their details on the following tabs (Hide the imageSee the image):
- All: view all Candidates.
- Active: view only the Candidates who accepted the offers or are currently onboarded on some orders.
- Closed: view only the Candidates who have already finished their assignment.
To access the needed Candidates faster, apply Filters that will be preserved on this specific page.
To view only the Candidates currently not onboarded to any positions, turn off the Include Deployed Candidates option.
Profile status vs. Candidate status
Profile status is the status of the Candidate's profile in the system, which can be one of the following:
- Active: Candidates can be applied to orders.
- Inactive: Candidates cannot be applied to orders.
- If a Candidate is already applied to an order and their profile gets inactivated, this Candidate gets the Rejected status.
Candidate status is the status of the Candidate in the scope of order workflow. For details about all possible Candidate statuses, go to Order and Candidate statuses.
Export Candidates
To export details about Candidates from any grid or after applying filters, select Export in the upper right of the Candidates page and choose the needed format. Hide the imageSee the image. You can also export specific Candidates by choosing them in the grid using checkboxes and selecting Export.
By default, all the columns in the grid are exported. By selecting the Custom option, you can change the document title and choose which columns you want to export from the grid.
