Organization Profile

On Organization Profile, view and edit information about your Organization, including details about its billing, contacts, and payments. To save any changes made on this page, select Save.

• You may edit information on this page only if you have the proper permission.

General information

In General Information, you can view and edit basic information about your Organization: name, external, tax, and prefix order IDs, address, phone, fax number, status, and website. Hide the imageSee the image.

Billing details

In Billing Details, you can view and edit information associated with your Organization's billing account. If this information is the same as specified in General Information, select the Same As Organization checkbox. Otherwise, provide different billing details. Hide the imageSee the image.

Contact details

In Contact Details, you can view and edit information about the contact people from your Organization:

• To add more contacts, select + Add Contact.
• To edit the existing contact, select the edit icon  in the needed row.

Your partnership Agencies can address the people indicated here if they have any queries. Hide the imageSee the image.

Logo

In Logo, you can add your Organization’s logo to be displayed at the top of Einstein II by uploading the needed PNG or JPEG file into the system. Hide the imageSee the image .

• The size of the logo file must not exceed 10 MB.
