Reset password 

To reset your password:

1. On the Login page, select the Forgot your password link. Hide the imageSee the image.

   
   

2. On the Reset Password page, enter your email address and select Send verification code. Hide the imageSee the image.

   
   

3. After receiving the verification code, copy it into the Verification Code field and select Verify code. Hide the imageSee the image.

   
   

4. After the successful verification, select Continue, enter your new password, and confirm it. Hide the imageSee the image.
   • The password must match your Organization's password policy.

   
   

5. Select Continue once again to reset the password.

After this, you will automatically log in to your Einstein II account with the updated password.
