Update regular rates

You can update regular rates for a single Open/In Progress order or multiple Open/In Progress orders at a time by following the corresponding steps on this page.

  • You need to have proper permission to update regular rates for orders.

Update the regular rate for a single order

To update a regular rate for a single Open/In Progress order:

  1. On Order Management, for the needed order, select the Edit option from the drop-down menu  in the grid.
    Or on the order details sidebar, select the edit  icon. Hide the imageSee the image.


  2. In the order editing view  > Order Details tab, change the value in the Hourly Rate field. Hide the imageSee the image.


  3. Select Submit in the upper right to save the changes.

After this, the regular rate will be updated for all the order's positions that are not filled yet (before the Offered status). For details about order and position statuses, go to Order and Candidate statuses.

Update the regular rates for multiple orders

  • This option is available for Open Per Diem, LTA, and Contract To Perm orders.

To update regular rates for multiple Open/In Progress orders at a time:

  1. On Order Management, select the needed orders by using the checkboxes in the grid.
  2. In the Update Reg Rate field at the bottom of the page, provide the new regular rate value. Hide the imageSee the image.


  3. Select the Update Reg Rate button on the right.

After this, the regular rates will be updated for all the selected orders' positions that are not filled yet (before the Offered status).

  • LTA/Contract To Perm orders with all positions in the Offered and above statuses will not be updated.
    Open Per Diem and closed orders will not be updated.
